周哲律师现任职于上海市联合律师事务所，长期跟随于著名的东方大律师江宪，在法律实践中累积了丰富的工作经验，能敏锐捕捉案件的关键信息，准确定位突破口，思维敏捷，条理清晰，具有较强的临场应变能力。

工作领域涉及：公司、证券、基金、税务、房地产、投融资、教育、公益文化、知识产权、民商事诉讼、仲裁。专注过公司法、证券法、外商投资法、建筑房产法的非诉和诉讼业务，参与过多起外商投资企业设立与运作、公司并购、公司内控方案设计和公司风险评估等非诉项目，也参与过众多涉及房地产与建筑工程、股权转让、知识产权、买卖合同、租赁合同、侵权纠纷的诉讼案件。

 目前主要定位于成为一个优秀的IPO律师，为公司上市、债券发行、长期短期投融资提供专业的法律服务和交易框架设计。 周哲律师能以英语为工作语言和一些外国公司合作，为其在国内的项目或公司并购提供尽职调查、法律策划、交易流程设计、文本制订、出具法律意见书等涉外法律服务。项目领域涉及：能源、矿产、高科技、房地产、教育、体育赛事、贸易、仓储物流等。

另外，周哲律师还经常积极参加各种社会公益事业，为多个街道和居委会无偿提供法律服务。有时消保委接到一些复杂的投诉也会找周哲律师帮忙诉讼。

Mr. Zhou received his bachelor degree in international economic law from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. He served as a full-time corporate lawyer in Shanghai United Law Firm.

Mr. Zhou’s major practice focuses on corporate law and securities. He has extensive experience in commercial contracting, foreign investment, E-commerce and information technology protection, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, stock incentive plans, stockholding system reform and IPOs in stock exchanges in China.

In addition, he also works with the famous Chinese lawyer Jiang Xian in some litigation and arbitration areas including general commercial disputes, real estate and construction disputes, banking and insolvency litigation. With a solid knowledge base of legal theory combined with his working experience, Mr. Zhou is able to provide efficient and reliable legal strategies and practical solutions to clients facing varying circumstances.

In the early stages of disputes, Mr. Zhou can often provide the most effective approach to minimize the potential risk of litigation. In disputes where litigation is inevitable, his experience allows him to formulate solid strategic planning based on the positions of his clients, tailored for the unique demands of each case. He is adept at focusing on points to turn clients’ relatively disadvantageous positions into ones that are favorable in order to guide the dispute tactfully to an amicable resolution.
