吕毅律师

  吕毅律师现在为上海市君悦律师事务所副主任律师，高级合伙人。他拥有澳大利亚悉尼科技大学获国际商法法学硕士学位以及南京大学法学硕士学位。

吕毅律师专业从事于涉外争端案件和公司法案件处理，主要领域为公司并购、公司上市、私募股权投资、公司清算及破产和商事仲裁与诉讼等方面。从业十几年来办理案件近千起，具有坚实的法学理论和法律实践能力。

吕毅律师也是中共上海市委、上海市人民政府律师志愿团成员，同时担任上海市律师协会并购重组研究委员会副主任及农工民主党上海市司法委员会执委。2004年9月，吕毅律师成为英国皇家御用仲裁员成员；2004年12月，吕毅律师成为上海市国有资产管理委员会、上海市律师协会第一批《国有改制上海律师法律服务团》律师之一；2006年3月至今，被上海同济大学经济管理学院聘为公共管理硕士（MPA）研究生客座教授,每年有二到四个研究生班的授课任务。

吕毅律师曾在《南京师范大学学报》等国家级学术杂志上发表学术性论文，并能够熟练使用英文工作；曾在上海市东方人民广播电台《东方大律师》、中央电视台《今日说法》作为节目佳宾。吕毅律师经手的案例在《文汇报》、《申江服务导报》、《新闻晨报》、《新民晚报》等报纸上多次报道。2004 年,吕毅律师所办的案件又在《解放日报》，《新民晚报》和《Shanghai Daily》（英文版）上进行了报道。并且，吕毅律师起草的提案被评为2001年上海市的优秀提案。

Mr. Lloyd Lu is the Senior Partner & Vice-Director of Shanghai JUNYUE Law Firm. He acquired his first LLM from Nanjing University and another LLM in International Business Law from University of Technology , Sydney .

Mr. Lloyd Lu is a Member of House Counsel of Shanghai Municipal Government, Vice Director of M&A Legal Research Commission of Shanghai Bar Association, Executive Committee of Chinese Peasants` &Workers` Democratic Party Shanghai Judiciary Commission. Mr. Lloyd Lu was admitted as a member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators of UK on September 2004. Mr. Lloyd Lu became a Member of State-owned Assets Emerging and Reconstructing lawyers appointed by Shanghai State-owned Property Management Committee and Shanghai Bar Association in December 2004. Mr. Lloyd Lu was honored to be a lecturer of MPA in TongJi University in China on March 2006, teaching to 2-4 classes every year.

Mr. Lloyd Lu has published essays on national magazines such as Journal of Nanjing Normal University. He is able to use English as his working language which makes him render legal service to foreign clients directly. He has been invited by Oriental Lawyer of Shanghai Eastradio, Legal Report of CCTV. His cases have been reported by Wenhui News, Shanghai Times, Shanghai Morning Post, Xinmin News, Jiefang Daily, Shanghai Daily, etc. Proposal drafted by Mr Lu Yi has been elected for Shanghai superior proposal and submitted to National Peoples`s Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
