Mr. Tian

focuses on legal services of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and

alternative dispute resolution. He has represented plenty of Chinese clients

and foreign clients to successfully deal with quite a lot of litigation and

arbitration cases before various PRC courts at different levels and arbitration

commissions. He is especially well-recognized for his skills in handling

litigation and arbitration cases in the areas of contract disputes,

intellectual property, share and asset acquisition and joint venture disputes,

international business, labor disputes, torts, etc.

Mr. Tian

specializes in Merger & Acquisitions and other capital market relevant

legal services. He has advised many state-owned enterprises, domestic and

oversea listed companies, and privately-owned enterprises on their Mergers

& Acquisitions. He also has provided legal services to the target companies

during their Merger & Acquisitions, such as commercial negotiation,

received his Juris Master degree from Fudan University School of Law. He has
