3、参与***房地产公司新加坡上市案的谈判工作（翻译、在新加坡大华银行）；参与可转换贷款合同、招股说明书、法律意见书等多份法律文件的制作；负责全部法律文件的翻译工作。

4、参与佛山某陶瓷公司与印度某公司合作项目谈判、合同制作（英文）、翻译等工作。

6、广东深圳某钟表厂ISO认证的跟踪与协调工作。

Major Service Areas

I. Corporate Governance, based upon the theory of legislation and existing laws of China and the situation of the company, systematical rules and regulations shall be created for the purpose of attaining safe, efficient and harmonious corporate operation.

II. International Investment, we provide legal opinion and technical support for investment project both in China and abroad, provide expertise company registration service.

III. International Trade, we provide, upon China Law and foreign laws, technical legal support for trading companies in China and abroad in the effort of diminishing risk.

IV. Litigation, we also represent enterprises and individuals in civil, commercial, economic, administrative and criminal suit cases.

V. Perennial legal counsel, we provide all round legal advice for enterprises and individuals, enable our clients timely solve problems arisen from legal matters.

Some Completed Service Programs

I. Participated in the translation and negotiation and contract drafting of the PPP project between a Chinese textile university and a German knitting machine manufacturer, and worked as the leader and translator of the Chinese group in Albstat Germany for about three months.

II. Participated in the translation and negotiation and contract drafting of the Education Co-operation Program between a Chinese textile university and the British Dyeing Association.

III. Participated in the negotiation, the drafting of convertible loan contract, prospectus, legal advice for the IPO of a Chinese real estate company at Singapore Exchange Limited(SGX), and translated all relevant documents.

IV. Participated in the negotiation, contract drafting and translation for the Sole Agency program between a Chinese ceramics company and an Indian trading company.

V. Created the whole system of rules and regulations of a garment company in Foshan.
