刘晓丰律师，兰州大学法学学士，香港城市大学法学硕士，十余年执业经验，广东今久律师事务所合伙人，理论功底及实践经验俱佳。专长于外商投资、并购、国内及涉外民商事务、公司法及劳资事务。

liu xiaofeng, sharon, bachelor of law (lanzhou university 1996), master of law (city university of hong kong, 2004 &2007)，an experienced lawyer and the partner of guangdong eternity law firm，has practiced for over 10 years. she has been focusing on foreign investment, m&a, domestic/ international transactions, company law and labor law.

during her staying in hk, ms. liu worked in a local law firm and studied cross-border investment and trade. in the past year, many projects including fdi, m&a and international trade taken by ms.liu were satisfying. ms.liu provides the long-term service to some cross-border enterprises such as flextronics, group sense and some famous domestic constitutions such as dongguan state-owned pharmacy. since jan 2009, ms.liu has been appointed as the legal counsel of a legal project sponsored by hk government and given by mainland centre of the hong kong federation of trade unions. and also, ms.liu is often invited to give lectures and participate in legal or cultural program of local broadcast.
